To this one :

it's write "pentium D 915 SL9KB malay 2.8 GHZ/4M/800/05A"

I'm using dell optiplex GX280 motherboard

I'm not sure, because in this two articles about your MB and chipset, it says the MB support Pentium 4 and Celeron and Celeron D, not Pentium D. Take a look:

I would not take the risk, because both have different lithography, max tdp and voltage range. And your chipset do not support Pentium D, only Celeron D.

Use Speccy by Piriform (www.piriform.com/speccy). But I'm pretty sure it's not possible. The two articles are official from Dell and Intel.
