Hi i'm planning to upgrade my PC.
i'm in a dilemma whether to choose core 2 duo E7500 2.93Ghz or quad core Q8400 or even core 2 quad. I'm much into games as well as end softwares. so kinbdly suggest which is good for me . My mother i'v chosen is IntelG41- DG41TY. Kindly suggest a good processor for me Iv enquired the prices of core 2 duo 2.93 iot comes to Rs. 5800. so if i upgrade i'll definitely gonna use for next 5 years atleast so kindly suggest me a good processor. Rami is 2GB DDR2. Also do which greaphic card is best suitable or core 2duo since i'm into games like GTA, and many other.when enquired the price of 1GB graphic card it comes to Rs.2800.00 so kindly mention abt graphic card also

If you like GTA definitely go for the Q8400, it will perform a lot better in GTA which really needs a quad to give decent frame rates.

What resolution will you be gaming at? That determines what graphics card you will need to play games on higher settings.

Quad core for sure as more and more games will fully utilize all 4 cores.

what motherboard to use for quad core the same DG41TY or some other also update on the RAM is 2GB sufficient
will the processor support all the softwares in the future ie maya and all other animation stuffs
