I want to stream / record: It appears that my PC can'T handle gaming / recording at the same time:
CPU:
Intel i5 6600K
RAM:
8 GB RAM
GPU:
Nvidia geForce GTX 1060 6GB
600w EVGA PSU

Better to buy a new PC as secondary streaming PC or upgrade existing one:
So I want to be able to stream at 1080 @ 60 fps but starting off will ne 720p @ 60 fps.

Solution
You could use the current system with a Elgato then use your 1060 6gb in the new streaming build.

What games do you plan on the system at the moment? Please don't include etc in that sentence. Ideally you could build a powerful system that is capable of both streaming and gaming but then again, you can also build a system that is only responsible for streaming duties. How much do you have for the project?

BTW, always list your specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

Budget?

Selling the 6600K/MB/RAM and grabbing a 1600 or 1700, B450 MB & 16gb (2x8gb @3000-3200mhz) would be ideal for gaming/streaming due to the extra cores/threads over the 6600K. The rest of the parts could stay the same but you will need to reinstall Windows due to the hardware change.

For streaming I recommend a higher core count that cannot be achieved with your current platform no matter what the upgrade is. Third gen Ryzen will be releasing about 1-2 months and will have higher core count processors and better single core performance at a reasonable price. If you cannot wait this long, I can spec you out a system if you can tell me the following:
  1. Monitor's resolution and refresh rate.
  2. What games you play.
  3. What is the max budget you can spend?
  4. Do you like RGB?

Uff streaming games like Sekiro/Pubg/League of legends/

CPU: Intel i5 6600K
Motherboard: ASrock b350 (I think)
Ram: 8gb ddr4 (2133)
SSD/HDD: 240 gb SSD / 1 tb HDD (samsung ssd / toshiba hdd)
GPU: Nvidia geForce GTX 1060 6GB
PSU: Evga Bronze 80+ 600 W
Chassis: Damn no idea but ATX form
OS: Windows 10 pro

Where to sell the Mobo and CPU / ram? Actually no clue / never done that before.
budget is limit around 700-1000 Euro. But saving some money always good right?
Isnt there like an expensive capture card needed in 2 pc Setup? That worth it?

Monitor resolution is 1920x1080 @ 144 hz.
Gamer mentioned above
Max budged overall will be 1000 €. I can wait for the new ryzen gen. Does only the CPU change or do i need a higher end mainboard aswell?
I guess i like rgb but not that every freakn fan needs to be in color. :)

WildCard999:
First of all thanks for the list - looks like a good PC.
"You could use the current system with a Elgato then use your 1060 6gb in the new streaming build. "
SO how to understand this? I just buy a new graphic card and use the 1060 in the streaming pc?
Or do you mean i shall get a single PC setup?
It probably obvious af but i aint get it. sorry

I'd go with wildcard's build but get a R7 2700 8 core 16 thread processor for the streaming. Encoding/Processing overhead of streaming and new upcoming triple A titles will make use of the extra threads.

No need for a new GPU, the 1060 6gb goes into the gaming rig while you use the Elgato/iGPU on the 6600K for the streaming building.
