Hello

At the moment I'm using the 1090t + this motherboard.

Other specs:
ASUS 560ti
Corsair 8GB ram
CM HAF 932 advanced
CM 212 +
Corsair TX 650W 80 plus

These are the parts I have considered buying:

I'm mainly playing games on this machine, almost every major title. But lately I have been forced to lower the setting in most games. One example is Guild wars 2.

Later in the autumn I think I'm going to buy a GTX 760.

Will there be a noticable performance increase if I buy this new CPU and motherboard?

Solution
Both the parts you chose currently are awesome.

However I was wondering how about this motherboard?

This is a better one and is very solid. Supports extreme OC too. I would recommend it over MSI boards.
The CPU choice is awesome.

Also, GTX 760 can let you play almost all of the games on Ultra with 60+ FPS so that is a good choice too. However you might want to wait till october and then grab the next Generation ATI GPUs (HD 8000/9000). They would outperform any GPU currently.

Well it's cheaper and have the same features so it seems like a better choice, thanks for that!

Will my Cooler master 212 be compatible with this new socket? After I buy this I'll only have 2-300€ left to spend on a GPU so I don't think I'll be able to afford the 8000 series one though..

Yes definitely.

The cooler would fit in easily without any trouble.

Also, its your choice but I guess the cheaper variants should also be lauched in 8000 series. You might want to grab HD 8850 or HD 8870 or so. If you don't want to wait for that long, then GTX 760 definitely is the best choice.

Read the last two lines before the chart. "I don’t recommend upgrading your CPU unless the potential replacement is at least three tiers higher. Otherwise, the upgrade is somewhat parallel and you may not notice a worthwhile difference in game performance." I think a GPU upgrade would be your best bet for a decent performance gain at this time. Just reverse your upgrade, gpu first then CPU.

Alright thanks for your help, I'll buy the CPU and also the motherboard you suggested. We'll se if I have the patience to wait for the 8000 ones, maybe not :). I'll pick one of your answers as a solution.
