Build Advice Upgrade for RTX 3080?

I want to make an upgrade, i am thinking to buy
these:

POWER SUPPLY Corsair RM (2019) 750 W 80+ Gold Certified
RAM G.Skill RipjawsV 16GB DDR4-3200MHz (F4-3200C16D-16GVKB)
MOTHERBOARD Asus ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING (90MB0YS0-M0EAY0)
CPU AMD Ryzen 7 3700X Box


They told me that with these i can take full advantage of RTX 3080.

I haven't found yet the CPU cooler i want to buy, can you suggest me one?

Do you suggest to buying Corsair Force Series Gen.4 500GB as my main disk or an SSD? What's the difference between an SSD and a PCI hard drive?

Can i run Microsoft Flight Simulator at 40 FPS with this setup or i must buy a faster CPU? Or GPU plays the most important role in gaming? Thanks for your time!

I'd go for a b550 board if you can though.

I'm in agreement, and then Flight Simulator gets mentioned and I kind of disagree.

Waiting for 4th gen is probably best. 3rd gen at 1440p, doesn't always allow the 3080 to stretch its legs, it seems. 4k puts more of a load on the GPU.

I will wait for 4th generation then! I don't believe the price difference will be that huge, do you believe that i can create a tower with 2 grand together with 4th generation cpu and 3080?
