Upgrade for the rig

Motherboard : H55M-S2H
GPU: GTX 760
RAM: 4GB
CPU: i5 760
Will this motherboard be able to run Gtx 970? And will this cpu bottleneck gtx 970 in gaming? What upgrade you would suggest? Or should I change the motherboard itself?

This is the list of supported processors for your motherboard. As you can see, none of them are current, and there is no chip worth upgrading to at this point.

While you can certainly use your CPU/MB for the time being, a CPU upgrade would need a new motherboard as well.
