Upgrade from 32 Bit to 64 Bit

I want to convet 32 bit os to 64 bit os toget more RAM, is this possible

You will need a 64 bit install os disc and you must perform a clean install.

Backup any important data before installing Win 7 64-bit 'cause your OS drive is gonna get wiped.

i think there is a migration tool built into widows 7 you can use to move to a x64 version of it

if i remember correct microsot took over alohabob a few years ago

if you click on "windows easy transfer"

and it will allow you to transfer your settings and programs
