Is it worth the money to upgrade from a ryzen 3 3200g to a ryzen 5 3600?

Hi I am currently planning on building a RIG and I'm deciding whether to go with A Better CPU but bad GPU:

Ryzen 5 3600 6 core 12 thread 3200 MHz DDR4 RAM Dual Channel support

ASUS B450M-A

Crucial Ballistix Sport LT 2666 MHz 8gb (2x4gb)kit

Gigabyte GeForce GT 1030 2GB

Or to go with this Plan:

A Decent CPU but with the budget cut on the CPU, Upgrade on GPU

Ryzen 3 3200G 4 core 8thread 2933 MHz DDR4

ASUS B450M-A

Crucial Ballistix Sport LT 2666 MHz 8gb (2x4gb)kit

MSI GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER 4GB

I want to know every reason why I should go with either of the options because I want to know why one is better than the other.

Thank you

You would likely see far better performance with a 1650 super and 3200g versus an R5 3600 and GT1030, though it depends on settings you use and the games played.

The 3200g vega igpu isn't far off of a GT1030 anyhow.

also 2666mhz ram is pretty slow.

What is your budget and region?

I'd also pick up a DDR4-3200MHz dual channel ram kit to get the best out of your platform, regardless of which processor you go but I'd ask you to go with an R5 3600 and then pick the GTX1650. What is the make and model of your PSU?

Please include/list your specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
OS:
