Is it worth it to upgrade my gpu from5700 xt to 3070
My current cpu is10700k and my monitor is 1080p /144hz
it very important for me to get fixed 60fps at least in the latest AAA titles especially cyberpunk 2077 (I want 75 frames or higher for this type of games )
my gpu price dropped badly and the new gpu priced very high in my country.. I could end up buying 3070 for 700 $ and selling my old gpu for 300$
thank you in advance

3070 has very close performance to a 2080 Ti. Most of the time a bit more. Do you consider it a good upgrade?

I would personally save a bit more and go for the 3080. It's a far better upgrade (not that 3070 isn't) and you will hit easily 1080/144 in all games.

no, it will not be a good upgrade for the money you'll be spending, is it better? of course it is, but the 5700xt is nearly a 2080 or 2070s in performance. get the 3080 or 6800xt if you really want an upgrade, not just an improvement.... my 2 pennies
The 5700 XT is slower than a 2070 Super and doesn't come close to a 2080. It's equal to a GTX 1080. The 3070 destroys it.

3070=9th fastest card tested. RX 5700 XT=22nd fastest. They're nowhere near each other.

UserBenchmark is not a reliable site at all. They are Nvidia and Intel shills. They are even banned on Intels and AMD Reddit.
The 5700XT is way above a 1080. It trades blows with 2070 Super and 1080ti. If you look at any other benchmark site besides LoserBenchmark you’ll see the 5700XT is within 5% of a 2070 Super sometimes beating it and sometimes losing. Especially now that AMD has fixed their driver issues. Here’s just one example but literally every site that isn’t LoserBenchmark shows it’s true performance. Hardware unboxed did a video not too long ago about the 1080ti and 2070 Super performance and had the 5700XT in the line up for reference and it kept right up with both of them.
The 3070 does beat the 5700XT but only by about 30%.... I’d hardly call that destroying it....
