Hi all once again i ask for help on what to do with upgrading my pc : -)

My pc is a maximus v gene ROG motherboard with i7 3770k cpu an asus 660ti GPU still hanging in there and 2x4GB CORSAIR ram
Would it help me in the game i play online FPS War Thunder to upgrade to 16 or 32 GB ram and if yest wich ones ? I have done some reaserch myself with the ROG motherboard book but the ones it recomendsin the 16 to 32 GB cost like 300 to 400 euros lol
Also i am pleased with the ones i curently have but i think my system can be a bit faster than what it is know ... installed ram is corsair vengance8GB(2X4GB) CMZ8GX3M2A1866C9(XMP) TIMING 9-10-9-27 1,5VOLTAGE any help would be appriciated !

Solution
Your 3770k will handle either fine. The only difference between those two are the amount of VRAM the card has. The 6GB version generally performs a bit better.

Going from 16GB or 32GB of RAM will do nothing for you as a gamer. Most gaming PCs get by just fine on 8GB of RAM. Unless you are running out of RAM you don't need more. If you want better gaming performance, start with a graphics card upgrade. A GTX 1060 for example would give you far better game performance (80% faster). A 1050 Ti is about equal to a GTX 660 Ti. After that, the only other thing you could do is rebuild your PC on a new platform because you already have the best 3rd gen Intel CPU. Your CPU should be able to still handle games fine though and all you really need is a new graphics card.

Thank you will think about the graphics card and post 2 of them maybe would get some help wich one to pick i did put up a post about graphics card ect ect thing some weeks ago will go and read it again and post back here .

Some ideas:

GTX 1060 3GB or 6GB, 100% faster
GTX 1070, 170% faster
Radeon RX 470
Radeon RX 480
Radeon RX 570
Radeon RX 580

older cards that would be faster than what you have:

GTX 770 (30% faster)
GTX 780
GTX 970
GTX 980
