UPGRADE FROM A R9 270 to GTX 1060 FOR GAMEING ???

the pc i have at the moment is
I3 6100 3.7ghz
8gb ram DDR4 2400 downgraded to 2133 (max speed my modbo supports)
R9270

my question is should i spend the 250$-300 + tax + shiping for the gtx 1060 is it worth it will i see much of a upgrade or should i keep the R9 270 this is not the X verson just r9 270 what you guys think ?

It would be a substantial upgrade but if it's worth to you, only you know that 'cause that would depend on games you play.

Im gaming on an R9 270 (not the R9 270X) and playing BF1 just fine with no stutter or nagging problems. I would save my pennies for now.
