Question Upgrade from a320 to b450

My question is very simple.
I'm thinking to change my motherboard from Gigabyte A320M S2H to Gigabyte B450M DS3H.
So do this upgrade will fix flickering on the screen?
(I tryed all the solutions that i can find like unstall the GPU driver and clean install it, let windows update download the driver and a lot more solutions and nothing worked)
