I would like to upgrade from my AMD Radeon HD 6670
Here are my specs. I would like to run Sims 4 without freezing up.

The best gfx card for ~$100 right now is the GT 1030. It will make a noticeable difference compared to your HD-6670. You should be able to play Sims 4 at ultra settings depending on your monitor's resolution.
