I just got a new processor and PSU and am trying to figure out which video card would be the best upgrade for me. My maximum resolution is 1280x1024 and my PSU is the Corsair CX600. I'm also playing modern games like AC 3, Black Ops 2, Skyrim, etc, so it would be great if I could turn up the anti aliasing and antriscopic filtering.

These are what I'm looking at..

The HD 7770 is at the top of my budget and I know its the best one out of the three, but I don't know if it would make a huge difference on my resolution. Also, feel free to recommend other cards.

A HD 7770 will be the best for you but if you are planning to upgrade the display in the near future I suggest you get a HD 7850 or HD 7870.

Resolution makes a huge difference and if you are planning to get a 1680x1050 or 1920x1080 resolution moniter in the future then the HD 7770 won't do.
