Upgrade from Asus P8Z68-V Pro/Gen3?

Hi everyone. Just looking for some advice on possibly upgrading my Motherboard.
It was bought back in January 2012 and I have a Sandybridge i7-2600K Processor.

I don't really have that much knowledge on what is considered a 'good' upgrade. I suppose what I would like to know is whether or not upgrading would actually improve the performance and if people think it would be worth while or a waste of money at the moment.

Would you upgrade or not?
If yes, what would you recommend?
