Upgrade from b250 to z270

I am planning to upgrade my motherboard from a b250 board to a z270. I am wondering if i would have to reinstall windows 10 once i install the board. Or would i just have to update my drivers.

It is best to do a clean install after motherboard swap. Otherwise you can run into numerous problems, BSODs, instability, you name it. But you can try running it with old installation, maybe you get lucky. No harm in trying.
