Upgrade from Gtx 760 to Gtx 970 and possible bottleneck and compatibility

I want to upgrade my GPU for games that will come in near future like Black Dessert and others also for my heavenly modified Skyrim
As is said in title I want to change my GTX 760 for an Gtx 970
Is it worth it?
I will get significant boost to performance ?
Is it compatible ? No bottleneck because of CPU ?

Yes GTX 970 will give you almost double the FPS you are getting now with the gtx 760 and your system is just fine no bottlenecks at all.
