Hi & thanks for taking the time to look at my question, it's appreciated.

I'm currently using a GTX760 graphics card with an i7 4770 processor and 16GB RAM (all about 5 yr old).
I've also just bought a triple monitor setup & need to ugrade my card to run some games with better settings. Will a newer card ie a 1060, 1070 just fit into my board or will I need to change anything else?
Will this upgrade also do the job, I know there's the 1080 but I can't really stretch to that.
Thanks again. MC

Solution
GTX760 is older tech that uses about the same power as a GTX1070 or GTX1060; typically about 500w.
Go ahead, you should be fine.
If you have the budget, buy the GTX1070 to insure that your graphics performance increase is a significant upgrade.
You can install pretty much any GPU as long as it will physically fit inside the case. You will also need to consider power requirements.

GTX760 could consume up to 170W, so anything up to a GTX1070 will be fine (150W).

If you plan on triple screen gaming of any sort, the 1070 is probably the way to go. If you only plan to run games on a single 1080p 60hz monitor then the GTX1060 is the more economical option.
