Upgrade from HD 4890 Black Edition

Hi I really want to upgrade my graphics card as i can see it aging with the newer games coming out.

Games Like Skyrim, Far Cry 3, Resident evil 6 etc.

My current setup is as follows
Intel i5 3570k overclocked 4.2ghz
8GB Crucial 1600mhz Ram
XFX 750Watt PSU
HD 4890 Black Edition 1GB
Gaming is on 1680x1050 LG Widescreen Moniter.

I can easily tell the graphics card is the bottleneck in the games i play, Which would be an ideal replacement for the card?
