I've been given an older Gateway gaming rig and was able to swap out the old PSU for a 650W unit. This will enable a more powerful GPU to be installed. My budget is $150. Seems like so many choices and I don't know which way to go. Any suggestions that would give me a noticeable gaming bump would be appreciated.

Ok....i thought for a moment that was an AGP card
For 150 bucks, any of these

Both are good for the price, spending the extra cash on the 950 is the wise choice, i don't know if you can go 960 below 200 dollars without buying a refurbished unit...
EDIT=I just read, that's a pretty darn good card for it's time, a GTX 950 or 960 even will be needed to notice the bump, not the 750 Ti
