The 4460 is ok but also depends on what you want. If you want to play the latest AAA games at 100fps+ then no it not going to do that. If you want the latest games to run at a minimum of 60 fps it won't do that either but if your happy with 50-60 fps average and in some games your will see drops lower than 50 fps then yes it can do that.
So good for gaming depends entirely on what is your definition of good. As long as you don't expect too much all games should be playable. It is however a 4 year old i5 that was at the lower end of the i5 range when new. With modern games starting to benefit from more than 4 cores/threads these older i5's show their limitations.
