Question Upgrade from MSI Armor RX 570 8GB

I currently own the MSI Armor RX 570 8GB. I want to upgrade from this card, but I am not totally sure which one to buy. Now my system has an AMD Ryzen 5 2600, B450 Tomahawk, and 16gigs of RAM. I'd say I want at least 144fps on med-high settings on games such Modern Warfare and GTA V. So I've thought about getting the RTX 2060, but then I saw videos of the RX 5700 XT which in some cases are cheaper and get higher frames. So what do you guys recommend?
