Question Upgrade from nvidia 3060 to 3060 ti?

I currently have an EVGA Nvidia 3060 in my rig and am considering upgrading to a 3060 TI. My friend has an unused 3060 TI he bought in 2021 for mining but never used and now that mining has gone down the toilet he's looking to sell for $350.

Is it worth the upgrade or should I hold off another year and upgrade when Nvidia releases the rest of the 4000s series?
