Upgrade from OCZ Vertex to Corsair Force 3 SSD

I have a one year old Vertex SSD, if i were to upgrade to the OCZ Force 3 would i notice a huge difference? I use my pc for photoshop, and general browsing of the internet.

The Force 3 can be had for 120 quid. hmmmm
