Question upgrade from r7 3800x to a r9 3900x or r7 5800x?

i was searching on ali express and i saw some cheap r9 3900x

i currently have a r7 3800x at 4.40 on:

Asus TUF B450M-pro gaming
Noctua NH-D15 chromax black
32 gb ram corsair vengeance 3000
Asus NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 V2 OC Edition de 12 GB GDDR6
corsairRM850x gold rated modular

should i buy a r9 3900x or a r7 5800x

is my motherboard compatibler with both of them? specially the 5800x?

Yes with BIOS version update.

If your concern is power handling, I would say it's more likely to handle the 5800X than the 3900X...and certainly with less sturm und drang. But in any case upgrade its BIOS to the latest even if staying with your current 3800X.
