Question Upgrade from RX580

Hello guys, my GPU is bottleneck in my system, i have r7 2700 so it is enough, i want upgrade, should i go for GTX1070 or GTX 1660/ S, or RX590

i mean, at german amazon, the rx5600xt is just like 30-40€ more, like 270 vs 240€, if, i would get the rx5600xt, but the gtx1660s will do what i want

If you plan to stream as well then Nvidia has better encoder for it. AMD Software has become a lot more stable overall so I doubt you'll get driver issues if you go for 5600xt but even now I still see more posts about AMD GPUs acting weird rather than nvidia ones.
It's up to you though, if you want a more power to make sure your gpu does what you want it to for longer time then 5600xt is slightly better.

Streaming will be probably at just 1680x1050 or 1080p, if i would stream, i would go for rtx 2060ko, i just wanted to know what budget upgrade i can get over my rx 580, but i will try yo sell it together with my psu so i can buy new psu and then save like 150€ and buy the rtx 2060ko
