Upgrade from the old 1150 to 1151?

Hi!
I really wanna know if you guys recommend me to upgrade socket or not?

My specs:
- MSI Gtx 1070 gaming x
- Msi B85 G43 gaming motheboard
- 16 gb DDR3 ram
- 500 W
- Intel Xeon E3-1271 V3

What do you think? Should i upgrade anything or is this a good setup? Not long since i upgraded my cpu and ram!

That is a decision only you can make! If it still does everything you need it to do then no reason to upgrade if not then time to upgrade.
