Upgrade from Vista 32 to 64 with OEM Licence

Hi. im in the process of doing some upgrades on my PC. I have Windows Vista 32bit with an OEM license and I want to upgrade to a 64bit OS so I can increase my RAM. If I were to get a lend of a Vista 64bit disc would I be able to use my license to upgrade?

No. You must buy your own retail 64-bit Vista disc with it's own licence & product key.
