Upgrade from W8.1 to W10

Look guys i wanted to upgrade from W8.1 to W10 using Windows Insider Preview thingy! So i clicked on it (Windows10InsiderPreview) and it showed that i can upgrade now from Windows Update. But the problem is that when i clicked to see the information i saw that it says "Build 10074" and that version is really out of date. i want to get the 10158 version so i just want to know if i can upgrade it now and it will update to 10158 later? or that version is not available in my country? (Egypt)
