Solution
best you can do is to buy an FX-8350 and a GTX1060/RX580, you may also require a new power supply (500w)

cheaper solution would be to just buy a GTX1050ti/RX570, you may still have to buy a new power supply depending on what you have right now

could also buy any gpu better/newer than yours for a good performance boost (GTX 960, GTX 760, GTX 770, GTX 780, GTX 950, R9 380, etc)

Moving your operating system to a SSD wouldn't improve gaming, but would make your computer do other things quicker.

To give a more accurate suggestion you have to give a price range, also include your power supply model

Budget? For gaming? And you forgot to mention your power supply specs.
I never seen a 799MHz ram, I think you must meant 1600 or 1800.

The bad news is the cpu, motherboard and ram is not worth to upgrade. You just wasting money.

The only thing you can do is partly upgrade it with parts that you will still use it on the new full build. There are 3 part that you can buy:

1. GPU (VGA card)
If you have descent 400w or above power supply, then you might want to get your hand on GTX 1060 6Gb or RX 580 4Gb. If the price only differ less than 10%, go after GTX 1060 6Gb.

2. SSD
This upgrade will not help much in game performance directly, but it will give the feeling "wth, why no one told me about it". The slowest part in non SSD user is the HDD. The slowest SSD has 7x the speed of HDD while the fastest one can get 40x HDD. My first SSD is 2013 and never want to use non SSD computer eversince. Get at least 240Gb SSD, in United States it can get as low as $40. Install window on it and use your old HDD for storage. Install all the game in SSD.

3.Ram but forget about it since the cpu life is not worth it.

PS: you can also overclock the cpu. If you do not know how, google it. My suggestion is you should not play with the voltage, just get the highest clock it can get with the standard voltage.
