Here is my current setup
I5-2500K overclocked to 4.0GHz
RAM 8 GB(2x4GB) DDR3 1600
PSU 750W

I am looking to upgrade my graphics card to something better. I do light gaming and mostly watch videos. I am trying to upgrade because I am getting some hardware failures with my card.
My budget is around US $150. Not sure if it matters but I am planning to get DisplayLink docking station to switch my monitors between my desktop and laptop.
What would be better upgrade for setup?

Thank you for your help.

In that price range you'd be looking at a GTX 1050, maybe a 1050ti if you're lucky. But even the 1050 would be a good upgrade from a GTX 460. The 1050 comes in a 2GB and a new 3GB version, the 3GB actually has a better GPU than the older 2GB but slightly slower memory, but for the most part is the better card.....now I've probably confused you :)

Thanks for your reply. I was thinking about 1050 but was not sure if it would be good upgrade or not.
I see 1050 Ti for $149 with rebate on Newegg.com.(Link is below) Is this good one?

Yes, that's a very nice GPU, I have had a few of those in some different builds.
