Upgrade GPU. Dont know if my computer is compatible.

I want to upgrade my computer with better Graphic card. Dont know if its possible.
motherboard: dell 0GDG8Y
cpu: i5 2400
storage: some 1tb

ram:4gb ddr3 as i know
In this computer isnt already any graphic card, so it works on integrated from that cpu. Graphic card which i have and want to put in it, is GeForce gts 250. Sorry for my bad english. Thanks for every good answers.

Your GPU is compatible. It should work. However, NVIDIA requires a 450W PSU min, and I seriously doubt the PSU in there is of good quality, so you might need a PSU upgrade as well.
