Have fun with it!

While your CPU is fairly modest in its performance it really wouldn't make much sense to go below something like an RX 460 or GTX 950. In fact, with the OC you have you should have a fairly well balanced system. Also, given your resolution I wouldn't worry too much about VRAM capacity. 2GB would be fine. Either one of those would wipe the floor with your GTX 650 - much, much more powerful. Basically, if you need a card now I'd go ahead and start shopping with those two. I really don't think it would be worth it to wait on the GTX 1050/Ti.

I found really good deal with SAPPHIRE Radeon™ RX 470 NITRO OC 4GB witch cost 399leva in my country and the gtx 950 around 330 leva - 350leva and I was think to get the rx 470 cause for around 50 leva I get a lot of performance but the cpu it's not the best but the balance as you said

how about bottleneck on rx 470 do you think I can get around 40-60% of the video card and I just want to play on 60fps so I don't need more now I'm on dilem witch to get gtx 950 or the rx 470 witch its insane for my rig but I'm on tight budget and the rx 470 have low difference in price with gtx 950

alright ill go with the rx 470 but can I run games like Forza horizon 3,gta v - now I can run it at 1050p with 40-60 fps I'm sure ill be the first guy that uses rx 470 with the x4 740 but yeah..xd I don't have a lot of money but we will see in the future for upgrade to intel also the black Friday its coming ill get the rx 470 and its mine 1st amd card

One more thought. Your psu is 500W, which is enough for the 470. Your psu will also need a 6 pin power connector. The 470 gets power from the PCIe slot and from the 6 pin connector.

Your CPU is going to hold back the RX 470 quite a lot, but if its not appreciably higher than the budget cards you might as well get it - especially if you think you'll upgrade to an Intel system fairly soon. But yeah, with an Athlon X4 740... even overclocked... about the top video card you should pair with it is a GTX 960 (and even that will be bottlenecked a fair amount). The GTX 960 is a terrible value so I'm not advocating it, just pointing out its performance vs. your CPU.

soon ill need to change the mobo and the cpu cause of the rx 470 but can you give me some advice on witch intel cpu will be good for this video card but on a budget I don't want to spend a lot also for mobo I think Asus H170-PLUS D3, Socket 1151 will be ok

I have 2x 6+2 pin power connectors
