Right now im rocking an i7 4790k (stock), GTX 1060 6GB, 16GB ram and i was wondering whether to upgrade my graphics card or build a new pc as Intel, AMD and Nvidia have surprises to unfold this year. I normally upgrade my pc every 4 years and my plan was to get a 1080 initially and give my brother my old 780 for his first gaming pc but due to mining craze in 2017 i was stuck on getting a 1060 and now i regret the decision. I am not saying its bad but i need more performance as i mostly play AAA games and the 1060 is just not enough for me. And yet again i was waiting for Nvidia's new GPU line up but the new RT stuff and the cost of the RTX 2080 put me off 
. So now i am looking forward to AMD as well and their Navi rumors are epic (If true...).
I am still deciding on the fact to whether upgrading the GPU only or the entire PC since AMD are going to announce their new Zen 2 CPUs and also Intel with Sunny Cove.
