Question Upgrade GPU or CPU

I’m looking to upgrade my build, but don’t know which I should upgrade either my CPU or GPU
i7 6700k to 3600x
1060 6gb to 5600xt/2060KO

Will probably use for gaming/streaming.

Doesn't seem like it would be worth it.
Pretty small performance gains from such upgrades.
