Upgrade graphics card

So i just build my newest PC not the best but i got a lot of it on sale and it is very good for the prices that i got everything with.

This is my build:
Mobo: ASRock B75M-GL R2.0 LGA 1155
GPU: GeForce GTX750 Ti OC Slim 2GB
CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K Ivy Bridge Quad-Core 3.4GHz
RAM: CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3
PSU: EVGA 600 B 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified 600W

My only problem is my GPU i know i can upgrade but i don't know what would be the best choice that isn't too expensive (under $250.)

$200 buys you a GTX960 which is a nice upgrade.
I don't see much benefit in paying more for the 4gb version.
