i have a computer 1) Processor Intel Corei7 3.4 Ghz 3770 8mb 3rd generation
2) Motherboard Maximus V Formula Intel Z77 Chipset,Intel 2nd/3rd Generation Socket 1155 3) 16 GB Ram 4) Thermaltake 600W (Peak 720W) Power Supply 5) Thermaltake Armor Revo Gen Casing 6) Asus Gtx 660 2 GB DDR5 OC Edition Graphics Card.

I would like to upgrade my graphics Card with GTX 1070 8GB DDR5 .In this regard my power supply could support it and my casing builtin fan could thermal support the new graphics Card?

Your PSU will be fine, the GTX 1070 doesn't require much more power than the 660, I think there is a 10w difference. As long as the new card physically fits the case (which I'm sure it will, unless you buy the most insanely large card out there), then there shouldn't be any issues.

Just be aware that this is a huge upgrade in graphics power, and your CPU will limit performance a bit.....the higher the resolution the better you'll be, as it's the lower resolution/high frame rates that will see your CPU struggle.
