Upgrade graphics card

I have the philips freeline LS2200 with the radeon x600pro graphics card and would like to upgrade to a new one, to allow me to play the latest games on the market. But have gotten so confused on which ones would actually work.

I believe you have an AGP port and that will limit your options.

For the absolute best you can get right now, get an AGP HD 4670 - $99.99 after rebate.
