Upgrade help please

Thats pretty much what i built my first PC with like year and half ago and just would like to upgrade as its running slow a little now on a few games and wish to play Arma 3, i have just bought a second monitor aswell and it lags if i have anything full screen such as a webpage whilst on a game?

As far as i know maybe i just need a new card and psu?

£300 or less would be ideal.

First of all what's your screen resolution and what setting would you like to play on?

You should be able to get a 7970 at that price, but if not you could get a 670 or a 7950. I don't live in the uk so I don't know what your pricing is there. If you can, though the 7970 is your best bet.

You wont need a new Power supply, the one you have is sufficient.

I'd look at an HD 7850 2gb or 7870 2gb They go for $180 for the 7850 to $220 for the 7870 US.
