Upgrade Help Req

Hi all,

Thanx for your inputs the last time around...

I am planning to upgrade. These are my current specs:
CPU: Intel E6400 @ 2.13 Ghtz
Mobo: Intel D946GZIS
RAM: 2GB Transcend @ 800 mhtz
HDD: Seagate - SATA - 1TB + 250GB
GPU: Gigabyte HD4870 1GB DDR5
PSU: Corsair 750TX 750W
MONITOR: BenQ G2420HD 24"

I use my PC mainly for gaming, surfing,office use and watching movies.I only plan to change myCPU, Mobo, RAM and cabinet at this point of time.

The games i play: F12010, PES 2011, FIFA 2011 and all FPS games (COD, Homefront etc.....)

OC'ing is not important but I am willing to Oc a little bit on stock cooler and would like to crossfire, maybe after a year...

This is what i have planned (items marked above in red is going to be upgraded now):

CPU: btw, should i go for i5-2500K instead or stay with i5-2400 along with a cheaper H67 mobo than the ones i have listed below?

It's up to you on your budget whether you'd want to go for the 2500k. Personally, I would for the ability to OC.

Motherboard: If you are planning on getting a second gcard I'd opt for a motherboard that supports x8/x8 instead of x16/x4 in crossfire mode. http://www.primeabgb.com/index.php?page=shop.product_details&flypage=flypage.tpl&product_id=3381&category_id=101&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=53 that is the gigabyte one (I'm using it and it's great).

4GB of RAM is plenty. Most are going with 8GB since it's not a big difference in price anymore.

Case: I like the Elite 430.
