Upgrade help with ryzen 1600

Want to upgrade my pc to ryzen 1600. Will my old psu Thermaltake litepower 700 will be compatible for proc and mobo? And will it be enough to power it? Will my old ram 4gb2x DDR3 will be ok in new mobo?
