[SOLVED] Upgrade help

Hello, I've been wanting to upgrade my computer for a while, mainly due to the fact that when I built it I didn't know nearly as much as I do now, and regret what I put into it. I mainly use it for gaming and its really slow at that, I think my cpu is the bottleneck. The specs are:

• A8-7600 apu
• GTX 1050 2gb evga
• Patriot 16GB(2x8GB) Viper III DDR3 1866MHz
• asrock FM2A68M-HD+
• A 120gb PNY ssd
• ye grandfathers olde ST31000340AS Seagate Barracuda 7200.11 Hard Drive
• Ryzen wraith max cooler because my friend didn't need his
• EVGA 650 Bq, 80+ Bronze 650W

I want to upgrade to where I can see a performance boost, but I don't have much to spend, and I definitely don't want to upgrade the ram unless somehow ddr4 with a new cpu and mobo comes out as cheaper with a massive increase in performance. That's why I bring this up to the experts of the internet, as I may know more about computers than I did 2 years ago, but I still have barely any experience with this.

Sell your old CPU/MB/RAM (separately may yield more money) and then save for a GPU upgrade.

If you live near a Fry's or Microcenter you can usually get those parts (or similar ones) for cheaper as a bundle.

Yea the 1660 is a good mid to high range GPU and would pair well with the 2600.
