Budget Range: 150-250 $
System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming
Are you buying a monitor: No
Parts to Upgrade: yeah ... thats the question ...
Location: Bergen, Norway

Your Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: I want to achieve better graphics in ARK: Survival Evolved and Overwatch and at the same time up the FPS.

I have this HW:
Motherboard: INTEL DH67GD (INTEL H67 (Cougar Point [B2] chipset)
CPU: Intel Core i5-2500
Graphics card: GTX 750TI-PH.
RAM: 16 GB

The question is what parts I would gain the most performance boost from? Should I, for instance, buy a new CPU - or is that futile with that old motherboard. Or should I maybe spend all my money on a new graphics card?

Your system is fairly balanced. Changing the CPU or video card too far in one direction for either one will make a bottleneck be in the other one. Going to a 3GB or 6GB1060 or an RX 560 or 570 may do you some good, but keep in mind you may not see a big boost in all games. At least you will have a starting point to build on.
