[SOLVED] Upgrade i5 9600k

My motherboard is in my signature, and I was wondering that I will be upgrading to the i5 9600k.

I checked my motherboard manual and it said it's supported.
I just wanna make sure that it should work just fine?

It should work just fine, it's supported along with 8th gen.

You're running 9th gen already and also the later 9th F gen specifically which requires an even later Bios. Your good.

One more question though, there is a program that they use for MSI motherboards to update the bios without actually having to flash it through bios and you can do it through your pc interface.
If you know what I mean, I wanted to know that program name?

Usually there is a utility available to do such thing from the downloads section from the motherboard's website. Not sure what it's called specifically without checking albeit i would advise against updating Bios from Windows.

Fat32 formatted Usb drive with Bios file on it and using the Bios built in flash program is easy enough to accomplish but you don't need to do any of this.
