Whats your budget? And which currency do you use?
Intel graphics card is worthless for gaming. You should either buy Nvidia or AMD graphics card.

It would depend on your power supply. Its the cube looking thing in your computer case with a label on it. It might need to be replaced if you get a high end graphics card.
