[SOLVED] Upgrade Intel Q33 Express Chipset graphics card

I see that this question has been asked many times, but not for the exact pc I currently have. I play a lot of games from BigFish, some play just fine, and others have quite a bit of lag. This is the info on my current system:

HP Compaq dc5800 Small Form Factor
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E8400 @ 3.00GHz 3.00GHz
Installed Memory (RAM): 4 GB
System type: 64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor
Windows 10

Will a newer graphics card improve game performance?

Your biggest hindrance is going to be the 240 watt power supply in that system. You could probably install something like a low-profile GT720 and get away with it.
