Upgrade Laptop Ram Memory

Hi,

Recently I decided to upgrade the ram (now i have only 1 gb) of my ASUS 1025C (notebook N2800 Atom model). I am little confused as long as it concern for how much can in upgrade (2gb,3gb or maybe 4gb?) and which type of speed the laptop support (667,1066, 1333)?

I did a little research and as far as i understand; the only speed is 1333mhz with CL9, is it correct?

P.S: The voltage Has to be 1.35V?
