Hello.

I currently have PC like below:

Asus M4A89GTD PRO / USB 3.0
AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition @4.0 GHz + SilentiumPC Fortis HE1225
ASUS AMD Radeon HD 6950 DirectCU II 2GB
8GB RAM (4x2GB) 1333MHz CL9 KH
Samsung F3 HD103SJ 1 TB + Samsung 840 PRO 128 GB
bequiet! StraightPower E8 600W
Gladius 800 Pure Black (case)

I want to upgrade to something like this. Please keep in mind that I don't want to OC.

MSI B150 GAMING M3
Intel Skylake i5 6600
MSI GTX 970 GAMING 4096 MB DDR5
Kingston HyperX FURY 8GB DDR4 2133MHz CL14

Is it fine?

Solution
CPU - The -5-6500 is cheaper and you won't miss the 100MHz over the i5-6600.
MB - Look toward the H170 chipset. B150 is OK at best...
PSU - Your bequiet! is not the highest of quality, but would be OK since your power draw is minimal. You have the budget to replace it so might as well do so...
