Upgrade Mbo, processor and memory

Want a fast PC, already have a GTX 660 ti, Im happy with it.

Need a good motherboard, processor and memory.

I make videos and play flight simulators, my current PC is a turtle for making videos, but decent at gaming.
Current is with a i7 920 with 4 GB of memory

1. Increase you RAM
2. Add a drive or two for source and destination files during video production.

There is a problem with my gygabite mbo, every time I try to add RAM, wont start.
Is the i7 4770 K a lot faster than the i 7 920?
I saw a combo with a mbo for $387, and plan to ad 32 GB Ram to this combo

Well, if there is a problem with the mobo, then yes...all new parts might be needed. Mobo, CPU, RAM...
An i7 and appropriate MB, and 16GB RAM.

The mbo with the i7 4770 combo is a Gygabite H81M-DS2, is that a good mbo for gaming and OC?
