So i have :
Monitor = Samsung SyncMaster 226BW
and
VGA = AMD R7 370 2GB

I wanted to upgrade my monitor because its not full hd and 16:10 its a little bit weird, and improve it into 24" monitor full hd
Will it make my fps lower because of the full hd?

And if it yes,i need to upgrade my vga first right? i dont know which one is better to be upgraded

Thank you

Well that monitor is 1680x1050, a normal 16:9 1080p monitor is 1920x1080. So you wont be driving all that much more pixels than you are with your current monitor, performance will decrease but it wont be a drastic difference, Maybe 10% less fps or so than you are currently getting I would guess, depending on the game. If you have a weak cpu the new monitor could actually help performance in terms of frame times, as more load will be put on the gpu at a higher resolution. I would probably upgrade the monitor first if it was me.
